Shipping policy

Delivery Timeline

• All Domestic orders around Delhi NCR usually takes 1-2 days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
• Most orders placed on Scentuary India are delivered within 4-6 business days from the time order is placed. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed during a holiday will be processed the next business day. Currently, ordering from Scentuary India is only available to customers in the India.
• All intra - state orders usually takes 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. 

Note: Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed, so please review all billing and shipping info prior to placing your order. If there is an error, we will do our best to assist.

Order Processing & Dispatced

• Orders placed before 10:00 AM IST are processed the same day (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
• Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be dispatched the next working day.
• We do not dispatch on Sundays or national holidays due to courier partner unavailability.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Courier Partners
We primarily ship through Delhivery and Bluedart logistics. In regions where these services are not available, we partner with other trusted courier providers to ensure safe delivery.
