Return and refund Policy

At Scentuary India, we take great pride in offering authentic, high-quality fragrances. Each product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.

To maintain product integrity and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, we do allow returns or refunds under very limited circumstances as outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Return/Refund
   A return or refund will only be considered if:
    •    The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
    •    The product is physically damaged or leaking at the time of delivery.
    •    Important: For any claims, customers must provide:
    a)   An unboxing video taken in one continuous shot from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the parcel, product, and issue within 24 hours upon receiving the products
    b)   Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

Without this evidence, claims cannot be processed.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
    •    Perfumes or fragrance products that have been opened, tested, or partially used.
    •    Claims based on personal dislike of fragrance notes, strength, or performance.
    •    Products without an unboxing video as proof.
    •    Gifts, promotional items, or discounted purchases (final sale items).

3. Process for Approved Returns

If your return request is approved:
    1.    You will be provided with return instructions by our team.
    2.    Products must be returned in their original, unused, and sealed condition, with all packaging intact.
    3.    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method only. Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling costs are non-refundable.

5. Our Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to decline refund or return requests that:
    •    Do not meet the above criteria.
    •    Appear fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
